How It Works
Members receive in-store credit in exchange for any new or like-new items you wish to exchange. We particularly look for current, premium and designer brands, though we are happy to accept anything of good taste and in like-new condition.

Please address any disqualifying issues: extreme wrinkles, pet hair, removable dirt/deodorant residue, pilling, etc. If you have something valued $300+ it can consigned. Consignment rates are non-negotiable though we may offer you a better rate for more desirable items. And members receive an additional 10% commission when your item sells.

Please let our associates know you are here to exchange and/or consign your items. If you are unsure about an item, one of our helpful associates will help evaluate whether your incoming items fit into one of three categories: for exchange, for consignment, or for donation.
Any items that are like-new condition ie: looks new, free from: stains, tears, stretching, pills, odors, flaking, unnecessary wrinkles, etc. will be processed and credited to your account.

Your credits will remain available as long as your membership remains current. So stop pushing past those pieces in your closet. Bring them in and start loving your clothes again!

Any items not qualifying for exchange or consignment are yours to do as you wish. For your convenience, we are happy to accept any clothes that do not qualify for exchange and donate them to one of our nonprofit community partners with 501c3 status.
